The Leader As Coach program, has been designed to build the skills and capability for leaders to be impactful in coaching their people for growth and performance. 

We focus on building the skills that support leaders who manage people, projects, or teams to use a simple framework for coaching conversations in a variety of settings.

Graduates of this program come away with the confidence to coach rather than direct their people to achieve outcomes.
