Michelle is an experienced People and Culture Executive with an extensive background in implementing strategic and operational programs to support organisational effectiveness, develop high-performing teams and engaged workplace cultures.
Having spent more than 25 years working across Australia and Asia in both HR and Change Management disciplines, Michelle believes in partnering with businesses and individuals to understand where they are today to help them get to where they want to be tomorrow.
As a facilitator, Michelle is known for her ability to create a safe and challenging learning environment.
As an IECL accredited coach, Michelle has a warm, but challenging approach to helping individuals unlock their potential.
