Director & Co-Founder
Michelle is an experienced People and Culture Executive with an extensive background in implementing strategic and operational programs to support organisational effectiveness, develop high-performing teams and engaged workplace cultures.
Having spent more than 25 years working across Australia and Asia in both HR and Change Management disciplines, Michelle believes in partnering with businesses and individuals to understand where they are today to help them get to where they want to be tomorrow.
As a facilitator, Michelle is known for her ability to create a safe and challenging learning environment.
As an IECL accredited coach, Michelle has a warm, but challenging approach to helping individuals unlock their potential.
Accredited to administer Hogan, Strengths Profile, Birkman and MBTI.
Ellen Hooper
Director & Co-Founder
Ellen Hooper is an expert in people and culture who holds a Masters of Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University.
A trained coach with IECL, Ellen is an accredited mediator through Resolution Institute, certified in training and assessment with Inspire Education and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Ellen has a range of experience leading HR teams and functions. Throughout her career, Ellen has advised both individuals and businesses in the state and federal public sector, education industry, not-for-profit environment, as well as advising major multinationals and ASX listed companies as an employment lawyer and HR practitioner.
Accredited to administer Hogan and Birkman.
