The Leader As Coach program, has been designed to build the skills and capability for leaders to be impactful in coaching their people for growth and performance. 

We focus on building the skills that support leaders who manage people, projects, or teams to use a simple framework for coaching conversations in a variety of settings.

Working with our expert facilitators the program will cover:

• Introduction to the fundamentals of coaching,

• Harnessing the power of understanding individual preferences when coaching,

• Listening for understanding, and

• practical application of the coaching framework for different scenarios

Graduates of this program come away with the confidence to coach their people to achieve and take ownership of outcomes .
